Pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 1312 dated 23 April 1983, mandating the establishment, development and maintenance by local governments of forest or tree parks all over the Philippines and upon the recommendation of the Director, Bureau of Forest Development, a certain parcel of land located at Sitio Tabila, Barangay Tangadan, Municipality of San Quintin, Province of Abra, Island of Luzon, is hereby established as a Forest Park to be known as Municipal Forest Park of San Quintin, which is more particularly described as follows:
