Description	Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources(DENR) and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law and by the provisions of Republic ActNo. 7586, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, dohereby set aside and declare a parcel of land situated in the Municipalities of Diffun, Cabarroguis,Aglipay, Maddela and Nagtipunan, Province of Quirino as protected area under the category ofProtected Landscape, subject to private rights, and without prejudice to the rights of theindigenous, Peoples as provided for in R.A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 andother related rules and regulations, if any there be, as described in the DENR NIPAS Map No. R-2-6.
